Minnesota Fallen Heroes Football Game

When:

With the purpose of honoring and remembering Minnesota Military Service members and emergency responders who died at the hands of hostile forces, were killed due to a direct hostile attack, or first responders who died during the line of duty. They paid the ultimate sacrifice to defend and protect this great country of ours. The Ryane Clark Heroes Project's Gold Star parents Rick & Tracy Clark, in collaboration with the NLS Educational Foundation 501c3, created the MN Fallen Heroes Football Game (MNFHG) to honor their son, Ryane G. Clark, a 2007 graduate of New London-Spicer High School and a United States Army soldier.

The program consists of two high school teams, (10) players each, who give up their names for an evening to play in honor of a local fallen hero. This event is not just a football game but an honor that these young players will carry with them for the rest of their lives. In many cases, the players and Gold Star families form a bond that remains forever. Money raised supports the Fallen Heroes Scholarship.

Tailgating starts at 5:00pm -with the coin toss at 7:00pm
